Many DataEase Dos users are apprehensive when deciding whether to move there critical applications from a trusted platform to a Windows environment.  Microsoft has stated its intent to abandon all support for MS-DOS in the future and it’s only a matter of time before users will be unable to run legacy DOS programs from within the Windows operating system.

Technical Support

If you run into trouble then we can help, Data Consultancy can provide help and advice on all versions of DataEase and Ffenics through our Pay As You Go Technical Support Help Line, we can access your database remotely through your desktop and see what you can see on your screen, we can then offer immediate help and if necessary we have the facility to download a copy of your application for further investigation.

Data Consultancy regularly support companies like this around the UK and beyond. Most work can be carried out remotely without us having to attend your offices saving you time and money. Alternatively we can  support you through email, telephone support, or via a site visit by one of our consultants.

We can also offer a database health check to identify any potential problems in your application, which can help to prevent problems in the future.
